The Boatside Inn
is a wonderful place to visit, be it for a drink, food or to somewhere
to stay.

built self catering holiday cottages (4star) or B & B accommodation
and is close
to the market town of Hexham.
It is easy to get
to, just off the A69 and is near Hadrian's wall and other Roman remains
such as Chesters
We offer an excellent
choice of freshly prepared food, real and keg ales as well as a fine
selection of spirits, wines and softdrinks.
There is a large
car park.
There are
2 fishing permit passes available and we are close to many outstanding
golf clubs.
The surrounding
countryside is wonderful for walking, cycling and bird watching countryside.
The central position
allows the opportunity for day trips to Alnwick Gardens and Castle,
the Scottish Borders, Newcastle or Carlisle, or even a trip to the Lakes.
