Ground floor - Sitting/dining room with wood burning stove. Fully equipped kitchen with microwave and automatic washing machine. Small, separate breakfast room. Bathroom (bath with shower attachment), and WC.

First Floor - Large bedroom with king sized bed, ensuite WC and hand basin.

Bed Linen (duvet), towels, tea towels, oil fired central heating, logs and electricity.  Colour TV, VCR, Radio/cassette/CD player.

Outside: Well kept garden with patio, barbeque and garden furniture.

Safe off-road parking and secure bicycle storage.
